G2G: Needing info on Cesar surname in Ireland and Canada.

Question

John Cesar b. est. 1777 in Ireland. Wife Mary b. est. 1777 in Ireland.. In 1851 and 1861 they were  living in Chinquacousy, Peel,Ontario , Canada. I need to know if there were children, specifically Mary Ann b. est 1804. William Calbick (Calbeck) b. est. 1806 in Kilkenny, Ireland married a Mary Ann Caesar(Cesar) in 1844  in Chinquacousy.  I seem to have this couple confused with John Caesar and wife Mary  and daughter Mary Ann of England. Same time period. I would sure ike to find a lead, so I can correct the Calbick family record. Thank You .
