Yes, Johann Lietz was illegitimate, and the information about his father Joachim Rabe was added later to the churchbook, due to a judicial decision on 23th January 1851, and confirmed in another judicial decision of 4th May 1851.
But more information about him would be found probably in the baptismal registers 1854 child N.5 & in 1855 child N.24. I guess he married later and had at least two children there.
