...father of my Great Grandmother Mary E Bryan, Mother of my Grandfather Harry Clayton b.1879 Becaria Clearfield Pa. I am trying to find 'Bryan' family members...my Fathers fathers name was change severly times in his early life...from Harry Clayton to Bryan Clayton in1882 he was given up to adoption by his mother in Ebinsberg and became the son of John T. (Civil War Vet 198th Reg. F Troop) and Annie Arthur of Johnstown Pa.
On my side of the information line I have nothing available to me concerning George W Bryan or family after except the Grandpa' s mother Married sometime after his adoption to a William Sshneider on July 4th 1887.
This research is for myself but in turn to give to my 14 year old son. I am the only Grandson of Clayton Burleigh Arthur formily Harry Clayton, Clayton Bryan.

Try familysearch.org to try and trace Mary's siblings. Appears her mothers name was Elizabeth/Eliza. Siblings listed in census data. (Also found Hayes Bryan on census - ?cousin or sibling of Clayton.
