No, I think you can trust the present-day members of the Society of Friends to have a) noticed if he'd had any children and b) have fixed the Wikipedia article to be sure it was correct. Eyeballing the sources of his Wikipedia article, I see all the various expected historic Quaker journals, plus a lot of handy links to online versions. Quakers have always journaled like crazy, and they still go back and read all those old journals, too.
I do notice that Margaret Fell's Wikitree profile is missing most of her kids, though.
(I should mention I was raised Quaker, educated at a Quaker high school; my parents are still Quaker; and I have many Quaker friends.)
