Robert Patrick Moran

Question

Looking for this person that was in Spokane, Wa abt 1957-1959. Possibly in the US Navy. I was told that he liked to drink and was possibly from new york. If hes alive or not alive, I just want to know are you my fathers dad and beyond that is up to you.

I found a a Robert Patrick Moran, born 1926.  This record shows he's from Ohio.  Is there any other possible information?  I didn't find anything on this site, however, Ancestry has record.

This Robert may be my grandfather I am not on ancestry.com Please if you have any info on him it would be greatly appreciated He was living in meigs county ohio in the 1945 to 1951 when his son and daughter were born and he died between 1951-1953 his wife was Mary Ellen Norris
