The WikiTree ID is assigned by WikiTree software at the time the profile is created. If you are using a number from your GEDCOMpare list, the chances are that number is from your genealogy software or from the genealogy website from whence you downloaded the gedcom. That means that number is not going to be the WikiTree ID number. So you cannot use it or search for it on WikiTree.
