Renée Chanvreux presents an interesting case. She is not included on the PRDH list, but is in Peter Gagné's work. After describing how a marriage contract was drawn up on 24 December 1669, he states the following about her fate (p.133):
"Though the marriage contract stated that Renée was to receive the King's Gift of 50 livres, the marriage was never celebrated. On 4 January 1670, Renée Chanvreux was found dead in the snow at Québec City, where she was buried the next day. She is the only fille du roi known to have died before being married in Canada."
Though ultimately she'll need a profile, I wonder if it really makes sense to include her in our list if she didn't actually marry. I suppose Gagné includes her because she would have received the necessary state support, but it seems odd to include her if she ultimately failed to marry.
