categorizing by Counties and States

Question

Where do you tell someone they have and error in Categorizing  county.

I was categorizing by county and state for Madison County Georgia and I notice they have Royston as a category there Royston is in Franklin County not Madison County I live in Madison County

Wikipedia has Royston, Georgia within 3 counties: Franklin, Hart, and Madison. The WikiTree category has Royston, Georgia linked to all 3 of those counties. Presumably this information is correct (not an unusual occurrence, as cities tend to grow).

If you are using both the county and city categories on a profile, you should delete the county category. We generally want to categorize in the lowest subcategory that is relevant to the profiled individual.

Also, as  you source profiles in Royston, you may find that the county will vary!
