Who was J.E. Robillard, MD, who moved to Colorado in 1896?

I know this:

In 1896, Dr. J.E. Robillard — a 27-year-old native of Lenoraie, Québec, who had received his MD in 1892 from La Valle University in Montréal — moved to Colorado, where he began a practice in Idaho Springs.

What did J.E. stand for?  Any information about whether he stayed in Colorado for the rest of his life?

Thank you!

By doing a quick search of the Canadian censuses for Robillards in Lanoraie, Quebec in 1871 and 1881, it looks like the Robillard men whose names start with J are called Jean-Baptiste or Joseph. There is one boy named Joseph Edouard, but he isn't the right age to be the MD. (He is 5 in 1881, which would make him 20 in 1896.) The most likely to be the MD is Joseph Robillard in the household of Alfred and Aline Robillard, 2 in the 1871 census.

Can't ind a later census that lists occupation to locate him at a later date.

Hi,

Here is a link to some information about him. See 3/4 of page

http://www.memoriallibrary.com/CO/1898DenverPB/pages/pbrd1128.htm

I also made a search and found his birth records in Lanoraie, St-Joseph parrish.

<<On 29 novembre 1868, we vicar from this parrish, have baptised today Juste Ephifane son of the legitimate marriage of Jean-Baptiste Robillard farmer, and Henriette Pagé from this parrish ... >>

J.E. stand for << Juste Ephifane >> as the records state:
