Son Americus Presley  1861 this is my wife's direct line looks like the Pressley family lived North Carolina, Georgia and South Carolina, Americus also goes by MC Presley on some census.

Thanks Betty the Adam S Presley that I'm assuming is Americus MC Presley  and or Van Pressleys father would have been born around 1838, this is my wife's line I don't know nothing about them. I have seen one tree saying Americus / Van / MC Presley is all three is the same man. the Presley family in Mountain Springs Church Cemetery in Piedmont, SC is her set. Willis Pressley

I'm working lots of different Presley and Pressley's my wife's line was Piedmont, Greenville, Georgia (her grandfather was one), my Presley and Pressley line (not direct) is buried in Speedwell Cemetery they also seem to have family that came to Piedmont. These two are the one's I'm interested in if you see any information on them anywhere else Please share.and what's up with Presler being the Germany version of the name?

Donnie:Saw this while looking at Adam Pressley.

1910 Census,Sugar Hill,Gwinnett,Georgia. Americus age 49 with his family.

On the 1910 Census paper a James V,Pressley living next lot.He was born

in Georgia,His father born North Carolina.Not sure how James is related.

Wayne I guess Pressley-131 Pressley-240 and Pressley-243 is brothers I guess I can add them to Unknown father for now so I got them all three together my wife's line is Americus MC Van Pressley I believe he has more names I never here her family mention him so they probably don't know anything about him, so maybe with us talking Pressley someone will know something about him.
