I can see her with both parents on the 1851 and 1861 censuses.

There is an unmarried  Margaret Heard on the 1871 England, Wales & Scotland Census living at Wallace's Pend, 18, Dundee, St Peter, Forfarshire (Angus), Scotland:

Margaret Heard Head Unmarried Female 47 1824 Weaver -

Elizabeth Heard Daughter - Female 13 1858

Then on the 1881 England, Wales & Scotland Census living at
80, Blackness Road, Liff & Benvie, St Peters, Forfarshire (Angus), Scotland with her daughter:

Margaret Herd Head Unmarried Female 58 1823 Kilrenny, Fife, Scotland Factory Worker

Elizabeth Herd Daughter Unmarried Female 23 1858 Dundee, Forfarshire (Angus), Scotland Factory Worker
