Aren't One-Name-Studies limited to one per name?

I ran across another Fritz one name study this weekend by accident.  The study is not yet listed in the alpha listing.  I can't remember where I saw it, but I was quite shocked to see a second Fritz study.

Is this the one? Fritz to Fritts - it was started in 2016.

Also, I notice that your Fritz Name Study isn't listed in the index of One Name Studies, although it has been redirected from the surname index page.  That could be because your categories aren't nesting it into the proper hierarchy.  I could have fixed it for you, but your Study is Public, so I could not get in to edit.  

Each category needs to be separate (you can't just pipe your way through from categories to stickers and templates in one go) and needs to end with the double-square-brackets i.e. [[Category:Fritz Name Study]] [[Category:One Name Studies]] [[Category:DNA Projects]] and so on.

The Fritz and Fritts one is inactive, was set up incorrectly, and post-dates Taylor's Fritz Name Study, so the page will be merged into the Fritz Name Study.  And I've sent Taylor a TL request so that the categories can be fixed.

I was listed in the one name studies, but a few days ago I started messing with the category titles etc and it probably caused me to remove the study from the list.

I have been having so many problems with the numbering of the subcategories etc.  It was so upsetting I had to walk away for awhile.

Also, I do not see  an example of how to source a website on the internet or an article on the internet.  Could you please point me to where this is?  I looked in Elizabeth Shown Mills book for a website and couldn't find it.  I also looked in Sources-GMB, but maybe I missed it there.

Ideally I would think that everyone focusing on a surname would collaborate on a single One Name Study. Realistically that may not work as different researchers focus on various lineages within the surname, and normal human personalities are involved.

My suggestion is to contact the other researcher and see if they are willing to combine your two studies. If they agree, great, if not then adjust the title of each of your studies to make it easy to see where the focus is of each one.

There should never be more than one Name Study for a single name, but it can have sub-projects with their own pages that are more focused (such as "Xs in Australia," "Descendants of John X," etc.) as long as everything is linked back to the main Name Study page.  When two different pages are accidentally created for the same Name Study, they are merged together and the managers become co-managers, just like when two different profiles for the same person are accidentally created on WikiTree.

Thank you I will gladly expand my One Name study to include others ideas.

Hers appears to be on variations of the name Fritz which I have not covered so that would be a awesome addition to my study.

Besides she may have some ideas for my work!
