Married Lena [possibly nee Brandt], who is buried in Ramsey Twp. Cemetery, Kossuth County, Iowa, USA.

Henry Fred Siedenburg is a son [buried near Mount Carroll, Carroll, Illinois, USA.

Mark [born Marx] Siedenburg is a son [appears in some census records as "Marks" [buried in Riceville, IA, USA.

Peter Siedenburg Immigrated to the USA ,departed Hamburg Germany ,arrived at

New York ,listed as Landman,which i suppose is a farmer.Departed Germany

Aug 15 1865.He brought family members with him.Wife Lena sometimes referred

to as Lina,a Catherine A. who was 17 born 1848,Not sure this is his daughter.Son
Peter,5 yrs old born ,Hinr(which i suppose is Hinriech or Henry 2 yrs old.Marx not yet

1 yr old.Ships name Segelschiff,Ships Captain,name Hensen.Peter birth shown many

places as Holstein Germany,or Prussia.Holstein in this period of time was part of

Denmark.Later on part of Germany.In 1880 census says his father born in Prussia.

mother born in Prussia.I have his father listed as Johann Wilhelm Siedenburg born

1798 ,Ritterhude Osterholz,Medersachsen,Saxony,Prussia.Mother Metta Catherine

Luebbe,born 1800 Prussia.
