Are we not showing connections on bottom of profile any more?

At the bottom of the profile, you could always look to see your degrees of separation, whether it be to Queen Elizabeth, A.J., Kevin Bacon or a host of rotating others. Earlier today, I noticed it wasn't there any more. A couple hours later, still true. That's how I always tell when I've successfully connected someone to the tree. I looked for maintenance announcements, but didn't find anything.

So: Is it maintenance and it will return in awhile? Has this feature been relocated somewhere and I don't where to look? Surely, we've not discontinued this entirely? How are we supposed to know when a connection is made?

The marked profile is where I was when I became sure there was a problem. My own profile isn't connected any more either.

Must be a universal glitch...I am also no longer connected...and without being 21 degrees from Queen Elizabeth, I feel so alone. Unconnected as it were...
I tagged this for "bugs" because it looks like a bug!

I'm not seeing connections at the bottom of profiles that I know were previously showing connections. It's not just you. The Find>Connection on the profiles still works, though. Thanks for pointing that out!

Yes, Elizabeth, it's a temporary maintenance issue. It'll be back up by tomorrow!

That's good to hear. You don't miss your water till the well runs dry. Something like that.
I just clicked the "your connection" link from wikitree news and got my wiki id with this after ?utm_source=WikiTreeNews

Hope that helps find the bug
We made some updates that affected the finder. We're working on it, but it still isn't up.
