Looking for E B Cumming in early 1800s perhaps in LA or PA.

Hello, I am researching a piece of silver in a museum collection in Texas.  It is a silver fork and is engraved E. B. Cumming.  The fork was made by Anthony Rasch of New Orleans between 1820 and 1858.  Any help would be appreciated!
