Hi I have been researching the Thomas name in search of my father. How do I make a profile for my findings to share with others?

All you have to do is put the appropriate category at the top of the profile text box. This particular Name Study has a lot of sub-categories.  It is best to use the most specific category, for instance:  Mississippi Thomas Name Study.  Here is the link to the category page:

Go to the profile you wish to add to.  At the top are tabs: Profile (public view), Edit, Images, Family Tree & Tools, Changes, Privacy, and Profile (private view).  Choose the Edit tab.

Scroll down the page until you find a large(ish) text box.  That is where you will put the category that Lucy gave you - right at the top of the box, above everything else, so
