My fourth great grandfather, William H McIntosh, 1745-1794,is my fourth great grandfather on my mother's side of the family. The same William H McIntosh is my distant cousin on my dad's side of the family. It doesn't get any better than.

In South Africa there are families that cross married generation after generation, The Jordaans and Coetzers are so interbred that finding info is easy, you can just ask your cousin, grandma

There is a big difference when your mother is born and raised in Florida, your father is born and raised in Maine. That is a distance of 2,000 miles.

JORDAAN/COETZER two families forever intertwined ..5 siblings from 1 family married 5 siblings from the other and the marriages continued. I am sure there must be more marriages between the families ...
