While adding profiles on our Rainwater line, I came across two first names that are the same as my husband's gg-grandfather's brothers. Since they were not open to the public, I contacted both PM's. I received an answer from one that I could be put on the Trusted List. . I accessed the profile but the only thing we had in common was the first name. I contacted the PM with this info but got no answer.
The second PM I contacted did not answer.
What do I do in these situations?
