Adding categories/subcategories to a profile, specifically Quakers

My grandparents were active Quakers, but the meetings they were members are not on the list of meetings.  (Specifically Friends Meeting of Washington, DC and Langley Hill Meeting).  Do I not put the meetings and just work my way backwards up the categories until I find the best one? For my grandmother would that be Virginia Quakers, since the last meeting she was affiliated with was Langley Hill?  What about for my grandfather, as his last meeting of record was Friends Meeting of Washington.  There is no DC Quakers category.  Would he just be under American Quakers?

The lowest level that is categorized for the Quakers Project is the Monthly Meeting. If categories aren’t created, it is because there hasn’t been a need for them yet.

I’m on a 2 week trip right now and don’t have access to all my usual stuff. If one of the other project members hasn’t helped by the time I get back, I’ll work with you to get them figured out.

Hi Elizabeth,  When I was compiling the list of Monthly Meetings into the different state pages there was only one MM to be found with the address of District of Columbia.  It is the Friends Meeting of Washington, with many of their meetings held at the Penn House on Florida Ave. with their first meeting noted as 1930/05/20.  All of the other meetings either had a location as Maryland or Virginia.  According to the database Plone  Langley Hill in Virginia was only a prep meeting until 1969.  The Washington MM was physically in Maryland with 1st meeting 1899/02/02 and Langley Hill was subordinate to it.  My research may not be all inclusive and if we need other categories the Google Group is a great place for discussing which these might be.
