I don't know if this is a knotty problem that only the team can fix, or if there is a simpler solution that I'm too dense to see.
Slaven-150 is a member profile that's a duplicate of Slaven-141, which has a different profile manager. Both profiles are Private with Public Biography and Family Tree. Merge (of member profile Slaven-150 into generic profile Slaven-141) the was proposed back in November and was approved by managers of both profiles. The merge is, however, blocked by an error message that says "Joe Slaven has GEDCOM uploads that have not yet been processed. The profile cannot be merged until those uploads have been processed or deleted." I think this means that the systen won't let the member profile get merged away because the member's GEDCOM would be lost in the merge process. But the GEDCOM is supposed to have been deleted in January. It was uploaded in November, a number of profiles were created from GEDCOMpare during November, and the member hasn't contributed since that month.
What needs to be done to allow this merge to go forward?
