Can't get this certificate to copy?? It came to me as a PDF

I wat trying to copy this but it came up with a strange view?  Cannot seem to copy it.  What do you suggest?

• Bring the document up on your computer
• Click onto the "Print Screen" key
• Open the "Paint" program
• Paste the print screen into the Paint program
• Select the area you want to save
• Click onto the "Crop" option
• Click onto File/Save As, then choose either the .gif or .jpg ending, name your file and save it.
• Now you have a graphical file that should look good when you upload it as a source on Wikitree.

Thank you so much.  Have not got a paint program as use Apple products. Know the paint program works here, but no longer need it as I can take pictures with my iPad.

Wonder if I could take a picture with my iPad and it would work?  Will try that.
