anyone provide a copy of Dill, Frazier, Pike Family Histor. Ames, Iowa: Self-published, 1999?

Question

I keep seeing this reference as a source for John Pike, born 1841, stating that his death date was 5 Jan 1782. However, it was his and Pricilla's son, John, that died on that date. Can someone provide a link, or other info that leads to this source so we can determine where the author got his information? Thank you.
