I've searched the Familysearch.com site and the Genealogy Online Site(Cook County Illinois Birth & Death records) and have found nothing. I have looked in Winnebago County Illinois where some of my other unlces were born and found nothing. There were a total of 9 children born to Carl Behr and Mary Finkelstein (7 boys and 2 girls)  I've found most of the information but nothing for Jack or Abraham. I don't know where else to look. I think Abraham would have been born around 1900 and Jack sometime after that. Wouldn't there still be a record if they were born at home? Any help would be great.

I checked the newspaper archives and found a Jack Behr in Southtown Economist  dated 29 August 1956.  He was the winner of a Merchandise club.  His address is listed as 7000 South Peoria

Also found the following in Edwardsville Intelligencer 19 July 1934.

"Mr and Mrs Wm Koch ot Carpenter Monday Miss Ethel Ohren is visiting with her uncle Mr and Mrs Erwin Mr and Mrs Fricke and children Mrs Mary Fricke of Louis and Jack Behr of Evansville Ind spent Sunday with Mr and Mrs Louis Bosch"

No clue if either of these are your "Jack Behr"

Sorry, nothing on Abraham.

A bit of a longshot, but take a look at this:

https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MKFX-3NX

Time frame and location look right.  Then you have to assume, or guess, the following:

Charles=Karl (common anglicized version of Karl)

Ape=Abe (really? Somebody's typo or bad transcription from a handwritten record)

Jake=Jack

Nothing certain, but could be what you're looking for,

It could be this family, note spouse of Carl is 'Martha' not Mary in Census, but maybe the siblings will ring a bell. (from familysearch.org)

In that 1930 Census Jack Behr listed as b. abt 1910 and a separate birth record in June 2, 1909 - shows son of Carl and Mary (Findklestein) Bahr, might be the same individual.

Abe Behr was my grand-uncle by marriage. His wife Clara Lerner was my grandfather's older sister. Abe & his brother Louis (Lewis) & sisters Rose & Chawa Ela BER were all born in Solokow,Poland by Carl's (Kalman)  1st wife  Liba Barucha. She died during or shorly after giving birth to Rose. The other answers here are the right family. I have MUCH more if you're interested. I noticed that you have some info I don't. I also have info on Carl's brothers.

There was a Jack Behr, born about 1910 in Chicago, Cook, IL according to the 1930 US Census. His father was Carl Behr age 55 and his mother was Martha age 47. Both parents were born in Poland.

There was an Abraham Behr, but he was born about 1916 in Chicago, Cook, IL. This is from the 1940 US Census. The parent listed for Abraham is Fannie Behr.
