sources for family groups (databases)

I am thinking of creating a space for AMERICAN POMEROY HISTORIC GENEALOGICAL ASSOCIATION. They have a database for trees for Pomeroys from three different Pomeroy ancestors and a tree for those not yet linked. (They have sources if you communicate with them) I have been putting in links to their website. I would like to use the "what links here feature". I have put links in the family genealogy list but this have all been books. The societies list seems to be more general or location based. I was wondering where to put the space in the sources lists.

A question here, when using books, if they have a copyright, we are limited, correct?
