Transcription of Swedish estate inventory from 1740

I have a couple of questions about this estate inventory.

Is it Petter Böhlmark or his wife Sara Sylfvander who is deceased?

Does it say what date the person died?

(I find the writing quite difficult!)

The linked wikitree profile Petter Böhlmark is a son mentioned (I think) in the estate inventory.

The inventory was taken "hos Borgaren och Bergsmannen Petter Böhlmarks Enkia, hustru Sara Sylfvander"

And yes, present were "Sohnen Bruksskrifwaren Petter Böhlmarck ocn Mågen, Hålaren(??) i Kiöping Stad Johan Svalström med sin hustru Chatarina Böhlmarck."

The middle part says "att förrätta behörig upteckning efter bemälte hennes Man sampt sedan henne och Barnen emellan troligen dela. Hwar utid sig inställt" - etc.

And no, I don't see a date of death in this one.
Ah, yes, it is Klåckaren then, she was married to one.

Thanks Eva!
Ah! I was transcribing it as "kålaren" - because I have such a lot of those - and then came to "Köping Stad" and realized that it must be some other profession.
