Unmatched Merges

Question

I have to profiles that I want to merge.  It is now shows a Unmatched Merge.  I know that they are the same person, and have also been in touch with the person who put on the other profile, who agrees that it is same person.  How do I now merge these profiles.  When you push merge, you end up at the unmatched merge again??

Click on the unmatched merge, cancel the relationship, then propose a new merge
