From Template:Notables

Above the Biography, you would add:

{{Notables}}

You can also include any 'needs' to put the profile into a maintenance category, such as: needing PPP or Birth information:

{{Notables|needs=PPP}}

or for multiple needs, adding needs1, needs2, etc.:

{{Notables|needs1=PPP|needs2=Birth}}

Looking at the profile in question, you need to change:

{{Notable}} to {{Notables}}

by Steven Harris G2G6 Pilot (744k points)
selected by David Hughey
And since he's open privacy, I'd recommend making it:

{{Notables Sticker}}

Since the Notables Project most likely won't be owner of the profile and we're just acknoweldging that he's a Notable.
