Roots Tech 2018 was another great event – the biggest event where WikiTree has a BIG presence! I counted 22 WikiTreers who came round for our Group photo on Friday. MANY, MANY more popped in and out of our great booth location over the entire conference and signed one of our Banners from Last year

That's amazing that you were able to get a great spot in the exhibition hall so you were very visible! Bless you all for going out there and volunteering your time for WikiTree.
Guys,

I can really see why the set up of small tables with lap tops would possibly be more successful.  This provides you the opportunity to show the new things that are going on at Wikitree in a very personal manner that makes the individuals feel incredibly special.  Trust me they are left with the feeling that they have to become part of this awesome group!

Is there any way that after you guys are rested that you could put the names of those in the picture.

Thanks everyone from the bottom of my heart for doing some a wonderful job!

Taylor

@Taylor, I know most everyone in the picture but I'm not sure about a few.

From left to right (or as close to it as possible):

Not sure, Aleš' wife Mira, Aleš Trtnik, not sure who is in front of him, Aleš' daughter Alja, Hilary Gadsby, Marty Acks, Chris Whitten, not sure who the man in front of Chris or the man to the right of Chris is, Debi Hoag in front, Susie MacLeod, Brian Casey, Kay Wilson, tree guy from RootsFinder, Peter Roberts, Julie Ricketts, Michael Stills, Mags Gaulden, not sure, me :), Eowyn Langholf, and James Evans.

Jamie,

Thank you so much.

Taylor
Yes Jamie, thank you so much for that list of names.

Karen Tobo and Erin Breen were also there, but aren't in the picture.

Jamie,

Sounds like a great time was had by all.  I am looking forward to viewing the video.

where's the photo?
The photo is in the blog post that Mags linked to.
follow the link in the READ ON...part of the post above, Jilliane.

Thanks, Mags; for some reason, the first time I clicked on it, the photo did not display; does now.
James,

Oh thanks!  I thought they were speaking to the photo for my one name study!!! I am spending so many hours reading etc that I feel like I am going blind.  Don't worry I am not but my eyes feel like it.
