Great question: It appears a kinship given the closeness, her turned posture to the person in the center. I think there is a likeness between the two people from the left. First guess is it is her mother.(or Grandmother) .. Zeronda appears to have been a later born child and would therefore might only be in her early teens in this picture. (circa 30's Younger skin, youthful cap, white stockings) The lady on the far right seems to be a kinship to the lady in the middle. Probably from a different earlier father and therefore half sibling. She is dressed I think in more a Russian garment. ( Not Joseph or Vera)

Great Family Heirloom !..  Anthony.. Thank you for your share.

C'est Bon Magnifique !
I was pretty much guessing maybe close to or after 1930 myself.. Luba was born March of 1918 in Springfield, Massachusetts... She was born, my grandfathers younger sister (Zeronda) The mystery of it comes from the information I found on was that for some reason, she was adopted by Sophie Pokatilo Kowenko, of Albany, NY.  While my grandfather and his other sister where raised by her father in Ma... My mother knew her when she was little and never knew any of this...

I am also willing to bet one of these ladies must be Sophie K. But know clue which one she could be... to me they all look like they could have been blood related? My mom just doesn't know either. And there is nobody left near me that I could even ask.... All the Questions I have now that I'm 50, I sure wish I was as curious about family when I was in my young teens When my grandfather was still here to ask....

Your correct about the way they are dressed tho, I know Luba was Russian.

The only other thing I know was that Sophie only had one other child and it was a son... Hoping maybe somebody someday will know who they are.. maybe I will never know. But I do love the photo either way! And its in really good shape for being as old as it is. My mom keeps it in plastic in an old cedar chest!
I wanted to also add that O'bin was her married name! I can't find any information on weather she had any children or not but she died from Cancer pretty young... born 1918-1956...

Must’ve been cold they didn’t even take their coats off to do the photo.  The height differences are pretty amazing, too. Thank you for sharing Anthony it’s a beautiful image. :-)

I was thinking the same thing.... can't really see the background enough to tell if they were outside or not!
