Looking for any info pertaining to Elizabeth Gill born in 1883 to Harriet Gill before her marriage to Alfred Francis?

My husband's Great Grandmother Nita Irene Francis Coombs McRae was born an illegitimate child in 1903 in Pallamallawa, NSW, Australia to Elizabeth Francis.  I believe this Elizabeth Francis was born Elizabeth Gill  in Mungindi, NSW. Australia to Harriet Gill in 1883 and later  given the surname Francis after Harriet Gill married Alfred Francis in 1885.  Elizabeth died in Moree, NSW, Australia in 1904.  Daughter Nita was raised by Emma Gill and husband Edward Fensom.  Looking for more information or if anyone has heard any family histories that might add some information to this story.
