Info on Sarah "Sally" Painter, child of Adam Painter and Demilia Broyles m. John "Jack" Gann in Missouri.

Adam Painter was the son of Jorg Painter, he owned a farm in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia.

Sarah married John "Jack" Gann of Tennessee.

Some sources say that Susan Carpenter was her mother, not Demila Broyles

One of their Children was Sarah Frances Gann who married George Lafayette Dill

I am the grand daughter of Andrew Jackson Dill, (son of George Dill) and Leta Beryl Light Dill

She is listed on Ancestry.com as Sarah "Sally" Painter. Thank you for any information to clarify.

Hello, I have Sarah Sally Painter in my Ancestry tree, she is my 3rd Great Grandmother.  I have her spouse as John Jack Gann.  Did you know there is a Gann Historical Society and they already have all the tree completed.  You can google this and purchase the book or dvd's.
