Correcting a previous post.  Seeking the family tree of Johanna Anderson married to Carl August Carlson with a daugther named Edith, later Edith Miller.

I m looking into the profile of Carl August. Do you have any topographic info? Where he was born, passed away, lived? 

I think I found the marriage of the daughter  Edith V. Carlson in Iowa. 

Father named Carl August Carlson, mother Anna Anderson. 

According to the transcription  Edith was born in Sweden.  Marrying Edward Thomas Fortune in 1916-11-01 in Boone, Boone, Iowa. 

 

You are asking for info on a (Jo)hanna Anderson. If the named transcription above fits Johanna might be named Anna in the US. 

At the profile of Carl there is a spouse named Hilda Johannson. Did he remarry?

Carl August Carlsson is a very common name and more than one person with that name emigrated from Sweden, I get 440 hits when I search that name at Emiweb's records of emigration.

Edith Miller might not be the daughter of the profile you are linking to unless you are sure she had a sibling named Alice (Carlson) Axelson.

Please give us as much information you can, start a profile for Edith and research everything you find about her in US censuses so there is something for others to start with.
