Ciepierska-4 has a image of her marriage record in handwritten Russian.

Can you tell me what day and month the marriage #8 (left-hand page) between Roch Wilczynski and Teofila Dumala took place?

There is a jpg of the record on Ciepierska-4. It's the last image on her profile page.

Two dates are probably Gregorian and Julian calendar dates, Julian calendar was in use in Russia till 1918.

Unfortunately that doesn't really help. Handwriting is always harder to read, and one needs to understand the language as well.
Moreover, the cursive alphabet is different than the text alphabet.  For example, a cursive "g" is a d and an "m" is a t.
