This DMLC postcard was sent to Jacob Baur by DMLC's president. I believe it is a thank you for money sent to it. Please help transcribe/translate it. Thanks!

Some background:
DMLC built the Men's dormitory (Summit Hall) and Chapel (Music Hall) in 1910. (Up to this time, the Recitation Hall (Old Main) had served as the dormitory, cafeteria, classrooms, etc.). Requests for money pledges were made to surrounding congregations. One of the congregations contacted was where Jacob Baur served as pastor. He was sent a postcard stating "Dear Brother, I am asking to think of the students' till. We urgently need money."

The card was sent by Rev. Robert Heidmann who was on DMLC's Board of Directors and pastor at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Arlington, MN. This explains why the post mark is Arlington, MN.

I have some letters where the German cursive is so perfect and artistic  it makes me want to frame them. Others are so bad I don't think I could read them even if they were in English!
