Try contacting the profile manager of the profile they seem to have been active a little while ago. Give it some time for the person to respond and if that don't work you could try a unresponsive profile manager report

How long ago did you submit the request? Did you read the sentence at the bottom of it which says
We will reply to you ASAP. If it's been more than a week after you submitted this request and you have not heard back, e-mail the team at email@example.com.
Has it been more than a week? Have you emailed info@ like it says?
