What iwi are the Pewhairangi from?

I don't know anything abotu my fathers side of the family, which is my Maori side. He was a pewhairangi and I was just wondering about my geneology for uni and general interest in my heritage. If anyone can help that would be much appreciated

I think the iwi would be Ngati Porou from the Tokomaru, East Cape and Gisborne areas.
