Does anyone have some sources for England ? Perhaps you should add the tag England as well Astrid who know perhaps there are English members who would like to work on the profiles born in England :) John Brijan or Bryan  parents John Bryan or Brijan and Marij Barton and his wife Elisabeth Hickmott  perhaps can be connected to some already present at WikiTree profiles already somewhere, there sure are a lot of Hickmotts, her parents were Walter Hickmott and Mary Nash... but finding sources isn't so easy :P added some (Research content) but no luck so far..the area probably was Maidstone, Kent, England

It's a nasty surname, sometimes two words Ingen Housz, sometimes just one Ingenhousz. I would suggest you search WieWasWie or the Breda Stadsarchief with both variants if necessary.

I'm not sure which profile you are  referring to, but if it in front of the twintigsten says: mer en twinstigsten January..the mer en part indicates this perhaps is not mer en but vier en so the total number probably is vieren twintigsten and meaning 24th ? Although it also could say Eenen twintigsten..now I'm stuck in the date as well  lol :P

Hahaha ik geloof dat ik ook in Duitsland ben gestrand, wat een ellende he :P Ze kwamen echt allemaal overal en nergens vandaan, bij familysearch hebben ze ook Duitse bronnen (zoeken op personen, bronnen/records) en als je Duitse doopaktes etc zoekt kun je zoeken naar Kirchenbucher hier is het Hanau Stadtarchiv en hier een Duitse zoekmachine voor genealogen en dan is er ook nog het Archives Portal Europe de zoekmachine voor bronnen in heel Europa

Goed gevonden Bea, kunnen dus van de ouders van Truitje, Johan en Marie profielen aanmaken en via hun ouders belanden we weer in Amsterdam .

Familysearch: by Research By Location Find a collection voer in Germany (of welk land ook) en als je Germany invult rollen er vanzelf allerlei locaties uit met de datums/jaartallen en als je daar op klikt kun je dus de persoon zoeken en met een beetje geluk is er een scan beschikbaar ...  German Births and Baptisms1558-1898 Er moet ook een manier zijn om gewoon direct bij de kirchbucher te komen..maar hoe ging dat ook weer :P

Now Marie Dresselhuijs/Mary Dresselhuys is added by me with a reliable source (image of original birth document is (almost) added, might do it tomorrow as it is getting late now) and she/this Mary,is such a good example of bad sourcing!! :D, or better said of NO sourcing but copying info from the internet, and copying that info, and copying THAT info,  without checking reliable, real sources.  

Or to take it the possitive way: This is why we, or mabey I should just talk for myself.........,  joined WT and love WT so much! "forcing" us to get the best source(s) we can and add it to profiles we create or work on, and anyway anyone of this planet can have access to that source to check it out. We add info that is higly reliable and freeeeeeeeee! I hate I have to pay to get info on MY family. 

TG I was educated by the best here: Thank you Jan! Thank you Bea! Thank you B.W.J. For learning to find and to check always (and I do not always at challenges :) HUSH!!) I took the time to check the real document here as it is a profile of a famous Dutchie.  

A big example of  probably copying and copying and copying info is of Marie/Mary's birth. Mary is one of our biggest actresses, if not the best, of the 20th and the 21th century. And what bad surprises I am facing here. 

Now look here, and I thought them a sort of relaible, they turn out to be just L E A D S: 

1. Wikipedia says Mary Dresselhuys was born in Tiel 22-01-1907. 

2. Wiki Beeld en Geluid says Mary Dresselhuys was born in Tiel 22-01-1907. 

 3.SeniorPlaza says Mary Dresselhuys was born in Tiel 22-01-1907. 

4.Markante Personen says Mary Dresselhuys was born in Tiel 22-01-1907. 

5. Even Huijgens Ing/vrouwen lexicon: DRESSELHUIJS, Marie Johanna, vooral bekend als Mary Dresselhuys (geb. Tiel 22-1-1907 

6. Nu.nl says Mary Dresselhuys was born in Tiel 22-01-1907. Etc., etc., etc.

Our theaterencyclopedie did good research at this page Maria Johanna Dresselhuijs wordt op 22 januari 1907 in Utrecht geboren but wrong again here at the home page:  Marie Johanna (Mary) Dresselhuys (Tiel, 22 januari 1907 - Amsterdam, 19 mei 2004)

It is just a heads up to all of you working with the request of WT to SOURCE and add links (and that is not so easy if you re new here but we love to help), showing just again how important that rule of WT is!! :D Love WT for that. Showing what ever you do, what rules are at templates, categories, biographies, etc, etc. There are two golden rules I love so much here.

1. Source, find the original source. No copies of copies. Never trust your memory or anyone elses, use it only unless you do not have better but consider it a lead. 

2. Cooperate. Besides finding info of one another or together as at these challenges,  it will find you "sole mates at geneology" with other knowledge and it is just great to exchange that knowledge

As Margreet would say Bea and Astrid do not live at any time path. :D. Well It is time to sleep but I need to ask Bea one more question as I got a question of one I am guiding and that is searching at Friesland. (Bea knows lots about Friesland) Again no one does know all (besides Bea and Jan I guess). Remember we were all starters once.

Of course we participate, for sourcing at least.  We are only excluded for the most beautiful layout of a profile. That is how all previous Challenges were arranged. I do not know better this is the case now.

Help.... I'm totaly lost in all those van Vollenhovens, Snellens, van der Wallens. I thought I had linked them, but I can't see the link in Wikitree. So I'm a bit confused now.... And with just one and a half hour to go... I hope I can save myself ;-)
