How to correct a wrong Surname?

When this profile was originally set up, a woman was assigned her married name as her "Last Name at Birth".  It seems clear that it should be her maiden name instead.

I have looked in "Help" and they specifically say you cannot "edit" this field.  Elsewhere, they say you cannot delete a profile.  Well I'm out of ideas.  I would like to get this profile cleaned up if I can.

They assigned her name as Parnell, but it should be Parent.

Did you try the "other last names" field

I did add it, but it doesn't change the "last name at birth" field.

The profile manager can change the last name at birth, as can people on the Trusted list. I’d suggest that you try to contact the profile manager, and possibly request trusted list access.

You could start by adding more sources to the profile, that might get attention, and is always a good thing.

Thanks, I'll try it, but I've found this manager to be unresponsive so far.

When I do that will it generate a new ID using the correct surname?
If you go through the Unresponsive Profile Manager request, chances are her profiles will be orphaned and you will be able to adopt the one of concern to you. Manager has not been active for a year.
Thanks to all.
