Receiving notifications re: changes made to profiles I’ve edited, but don’t manage

+3 votes
A question about receiving notifications related to profiles that I don’t manage: If I add an extensive new biography, where formerly there were simply a few dates and little other content, is there a way for me to be automatically notified of any further changes, comments, messages, etc.?

Does this (all? any?) happen if I’m on the Trusted List for a profile?

(Not being in the loop feels like a major disincentive to improving profiles, especially if they have been set up by very distant relatives who are not even on the direct line.)

My thanks!

The only two ways I know of is to 1. follow the surname, problem is you will get all changes with that name or 2. request to be on the trusted list
