looking for info on Henry Utting (was D'Outing) pub owner

Question

I am looking for information on a French Huguenot who moved to England named Henry Utting (formerly D'Outing). My Grandmother said that he and his Father were Pub owners or "Publicans". He married Lady Kate King who later left him and became a concert pianist.

Henry (may be James Henry)  was likely born about 1810 and had a son Henry James Utting (b 1832 ish in or near London) who went to school at ETON and later married Sarah Elizabeth Bayley (b1835). Henry and Sarah had a son Charles William Utting in 1860. Henry and Sarah eventually moved from England to Oxford, Ontario, Canada in 1872

I found several newspaper articles on James Henry Utting in England in the 1840s, and if it is the same, it has him listed as an upholsterer and cabinet-maker.  There is also a James Henry Utting that gave testimony in a court case in 1847.  His testimony is about 2/3rds down the page:
