What is Club 1,000?

I found a photo posted to my page.  So, what is Club 1,000?

Contributors who have posted 1,000 or more in a month are in the club.

There's a 100 club, too, those who have  posted between 100 and 1,000.

 

That's all, there are no meetings, or parties.

I am, in fact, very disappointed to learn there are no parties.  This means, of course, that I am the only one sitting here in a festive hat, covered in confetti on the first of every month.  Do I have to return the ice cream and cake?
