Cecilia Elizabeth Coffey Death Certificate - Los Angeles County

Question

Hello,

Family search lists the death record as Cecile Elizabeth Coffey (nee Smith) on April 18, 1948 in Los Angeles.  I want to take a look at the actual image but when I look at the LA County alphabetized death index, there is no listing for a Cecila (or Cecile) Elizabeth Coffey (or Smith) in 1948.  Thus I cannot search the image file.  Any reason why Family Search would list the record in their search but it doesn't show up in the actual index?
