When I upload a GEDCOM, how do I add those people into my tree if there is no "Add" button option?

I have uploaded a few GEDCOMS now and I saw that sometimes there is an Add button that can be used. But more often than not there is no button at all and I am wondering how I can go about getting all of those people into my family tree without manually entering the,.

I have been pulling my hair out with a similar issue.  I have 617 entries to upload. I have completed all the matches and rejected/accepted all the suggestions.  I have gone through each individual.  I have unchecked all the boxes. I have refreshed multiple times.  I have closed out and entered again. It shows 4 suggested matches to consider - but they are NOT there.  I am frustrated by these phantom suggestions.  Any one have any ideas?  I just want an ADD button!!!  <<GEDCOMPARE>>
Peggy Jude, could those 4 phantoms be hiding on the second page of the report, or "behind" an already-accepted (or already-rejected) match? (As I wrote in another comment, my phantom -- "a single match! Where the *%&$ am I supposed to look!?!" -- was hiding in plain sight, on my name.)

You have to accept or reject every single possible match on the whole entire GEDCOMpare report before it will make add buttons available for everyone. If you only have add buttons for some people, it means you haven't finished this step.

I have each person completed and its still not giving me an add option. There are no more with compare buttons green and I have check marked off every one of them. Still no add option.
If you don't have add buttons, there is still a match you haven't dealt with. Make sure you haven't hidden completed rows, and make sure you've accepted or rejected every possible match for every person. Some people will have more than one possible match, and you have to deal individually with each one. If you have more than 500 people, make sure you've looked at every page of the report. And make sure you've marked the possible match offered for your own profile. (That's where I got stuck for a bit.)
Another possibility I thought of: don't mistake the column of checkboxes at the left for the accept/reject button. Those checkboxes are just a report-housekeeping tool; they mark the rows you want to hide if you click the "hide completed rows" button. (That button should really be labeled "hide/unhide marked rows".)
