Most likely you can simply remove them from the Trusted Listed, either person-by-person or by a Bulk Trusted List Change. See the Help pages for either.

That's correct, Keith. Currently, you cannot opt-out of Watchlist updates. If you're on Trusted Lists, you'll receive the weekly messages.
