I uploaded a GEDCOM Files from my computer for an ancestors.  I use rootsmagic at home and I prepared the GEDCOM to upload basic info w/ source material.  Neither GEDCompare files showed any of my data.  Why or where is it?  This is for Witt-2315; GEDCOM ID-115102.

Your GEDCOM is only 24 lines long -- there aren't any people in it.

Hmm.. You uploaded a couple of files, but they have no data in them other than headers.

I've seen one other situation like this, and the problem was that the Gedcom was not formatted properly. What steps did you follow in RootsMagic to create files for export? Other members who have experience with RootsMagic might be able to see an error in the process you followed.

I went to do GEDCompare (just found out about it) and saw that it was already downloaded and it said my report was ready. I clicked on it and mine also is empty. I thought this was to bring over my tree from Ancestry so I could work off of that to create my tree here until I linked (had a common ancestor) with someone else? Could there have been an issue with me being alive and some sort of setting?
If your Gedcompare is empty, contact the Team at info @ wikitree.com. It's probably a bug that they can rectify.
