As Karen said, tomorrow your DNA test should be linked to the profiles that you may share DNA with. But those are not confirmations. Confirmations come from comparing the DNA of 2 different people and determining how closely they match, and whether the degree they match is appropriate for how they relate. There has to be someone else who has tested, to compare with.
To confirm someone that you are not directly comparing with, they have to be in the direct path between 2 testers that match. And that means you have 2 problems - one is that according to the profiles currently entered, the only living person is your cousin BobbieJean, and the other is that there is no path possible through Mary Margaret. According to the currently entered profiles, Mary has no parents, no siblings, and only one child, Fred, so all you can confirm is a path from yourself through Fred and back down to BobbieJean. And technically you may not be able to confirm Fred either, because you won't know if your matching segments came from Fred or his wife. DNA can be a great tool, but can also get complicated! To be able to confirm Mary Margaret, you need tested descendants of siblings of Mary.
By the way, I noticed that Oceola Cline is "Confirmed with DNA" as the father of Myrtle Messer. That appears to be in error and should be removed, unless some DNA evidence can be added. No evidence is shown there, and in fact neither of them have any testers at all linked to them. Tomorrow, you probably will be, but you need 2 that have compared and matched, through a direct path that involved those 2. The confirmation help pages that Karen linked should be helpful.
I'm sorry I couldn't bring up anything but complications! Getting tested is the first step though, and a great one. Now you may need to wait for more testers.
