Friedrich Eugen Maier, builder of 'Leichtbau Maier' car, Berlin, in the thirties

Question

I am looking for any information about mr Maier himself as well as about his work.

Mr Maier worked and lived in the mid-thirties  in  Berlin-Charlottenburg, Sommeringstrasse 30.

The car still exists in Germany. I found several patent drawings of it.

Thank you for your reply. As 'newcomer' to wikitree it took me some time to find out how to reply.

Recent Wikipedia also mentions Leightbau Maier. In this article my name -Herman van Oldeneel- is mentioned because I found some interesting and crucial information.The redaction of the Berliner Zeitung wrote this article (and I think also the one You  mentioned).

Any contribution about the life, family and work of Mr Maier is wellcome!
