Should this gentleman be classed as a notable as he has a wikipedia or should I leave it

I would say he should be. Be sure to add the Notables Project as a manager also. You needn't remove yourself, just add them.

Deb, Since the profile is Open there is no need to add the project as manager, just add the sticker. Sorry I am not sure about how to add the sticker myself.
