Trying to find the correct John Heath as father to Thomas Robert Heath

Question

Thomas Robert Heath emigrated to Australia in 1849 aboard the Ascendant. His birth certificate states that his father is John Heath, a stonemason and his mother's name is Hannah. I know Thomas was born in Stoke Newington, England 14 Jun 1823 and baptised at St Marys, Stoke Newington. 9 of his siblings were also baptised at St Marys, Stoke Newington. Another relative of mine thinks that there were 4 siblings born around St Pancras after the parent's marriage before they moved to Stoke Newington. 

Further research has found a will on ancestry.com that mentions a brother Henry, a corn factor as an executor. 

Theories include that Hannah Harwood born 27 JUL 1786 in Southwark could be a possible mother to Thomas but I am yet to find out who the correct John Heath as father is. 

I am wondering if others with more genealogical experience and or live in the 'mother land' can help me nut out this seemingly dead end. 

 

EDIT: I guess my real stumbling block is finding the birth details of John Heath (stonemason) that has a brother Henry Heath (cornfactor).

I know that Thomas Robert Heath was born on June 14, 1823 and was baptised at St Mary's Stoke Newington. There is an excerpt of his baptism details on his profile that I have linked.
