How do you show both families of an adoptee?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Hi

How do you show a biological family and the family that raised the person, they  were adopted and it is in current times, so there are people that are alive and may or may not be aware

That is a wonderful template. I have a few people in my lines that were adopted, if they are living I give them a choice. The person I was specifically thinking about has been my bff about forty years.
